These terms govern your use of the Clockout Calls website and our text message program. Clockout Calls is operated by Edward Florean, a sole proprietor. Clients who use our phone-answering service also sign a separate service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
SMS program terms
- Program: Clockout Calls call summaries.
- What you'll receive: summaries of calls our assistant answered for your business, urgent-call alerts, weekly activity summaries, and account notifications. We don't send marketing messages.
- How you join: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of service.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your call volume.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. Reply START to rejoin.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@clockoutcalls.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI-answered calls
Calls to our clients may be answered by an AI assistant. Callers are told at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. The assistant can make mistakes. Clients remain responsible for confirming appointments, pricing and any work performed.
Using our website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false information through our forms.
Disclaimers
The website and our text messages are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Clockout Calls is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
